Group and Private Pilates Classes
Current Class Offerings
I am currently teaching classes 4 days a week, with multiple sessions each day! Classes take place in the third floor studio room of Center City Gym. The studio can be accessed via the front or back entrance, by going up the back stairs to the third floor, following appropriate signage. I am also available for booking for private pilates sessions, either at Center City’s Studio or a clients home for a higher rate.
Flow Classes
This 45-minute full-body mat pilates workout is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen key muscle groups. Seamlessly moving through classical pilates techniques, rooted in the teachings of Joseph Pilates, Experience a transformative session that harmonizes mind and body, leaving you invigorated and renewed.
Burn Classes
Designed for those looking to get a more dynamic and intense workout from their Pilates session.
The Burn Class is a Pilates workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and flexibility. Expect traditional Pilates exercises with added intensity through faster transitions, and increased repetitions, aiming to elevate your heart rate and promote muscle fatigue.
